Refunds Policy

Eligibility for a refund:
- Request is submitted to support@3dsmarket.com within 7 days after the purchase.
- Product does not match its description/preview images in a significant manner
- Crucial model parts, details, textures or files are missing
- Model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded.
- When requesting a refund, please, indicate purchase order number, the problem encountered.
Please contact us with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
After receiving a refund request, we process the request within 3 business days. In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
All links after the payment are non-refundable, that’s the rule! If the download link is broken we will give you another one.
