Refunds Policy

We take product quality related issues very seriously and are always determined in resolving them to satisfy customer expectations. If you found serious defects, please contact us at support@3dsmarket.com

Eligibility for a refund:

  • Request is submitted to support@3dsmarket.com within 7 days after the purchase.
  • Product does not match its description/preview images in a significant manner
  • Crucial model parts, details, textures or files are missing
  • Model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded.
  • When requesting a refund, please, indicate purchase order number, the problem encountered.

Please contact us with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

After receiving a refund request, we process the request within 3 business days. In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.

All links after the payment are non-refundable, that’s the rule! If the download link is broken we will give you another one.
